  Hopelessly late and poor communication. My appointment was at 9am, I was on time. Filled out the usual form and waited...and waited...and waited. At 9.30 I approached the reception to ask when I would get to see Dr Green and I was told I was 'one of the next' and it would be another 15-20 minutes. I left. Up to 50 minutes late for a 9am appointment. How is that even possible? He's either booking too many appointments or is unable to finish his appointments on time, or both. Reception was seemingly happy to let patients sit there for ever without providing information or a heads-up about how long they would have to wait. I mentioned to the receptionist perhaps she should advise patients there was a delay, she looked at me like I was from Mars and said 'yeah, right'. I've got no idea if he's a good dermatologist or not, but he clearly has very little regard for clients and the communication from the front desk is very poor. Go and see him if you've got plenty of time to spare and be sure to ask reception how late he is running.
